3N Sports Fall Training Academy

A 5 week training program on Sundays, running September 15–October 13. All training will consist of 1 hour on-court workout with a 3N Coach and 30 minutes of strength, speed, and agility training with Kris Snyder. All players will receive a custom 3N Sports t-shirt.

Girls 5th and 6th Grade: 2:00–3:30pm, Delaney
Girls 7th and 8th Grade: 2:30–4:00pm, Noles
High School Girls: 3:30–5:00pm, Noles
Boys 5th and 6th Grade: 5:00–6:30pm, Nolan
Boys 7th and 8th Grade: 5:30–7:00pm, Nolan
High School Boys: 6:30–8:00pm, Nolan
